How is the PROFHILO treatment performed?
The active substance should be administered as slowly as possible to avoid pain due to tissue stretching. The injections are performed at 5 bioactive points on the face - symmetrically on both sides.
Before treatment:
You should avoid blood thinners such as aspirin and other anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen or Aleve, fish oil, multivitamins or vitamin E for at least a day before treatment, as these may increase the appearance of bruising after treatment.
After the treatment:
After the treatment, you may experience slight swelling or bruising, which will disappear within a few days and result in a full, firm, youthful appearance in the treated area.
For 24 hours after the treatment, you must avoid touching the area and any intensive exercise, strenuous work, in order for the Profhilo filler to be integrated in the desired place and exert its beneficial effect.

Recommended cure: 2-3 sessions – this is enough to achieve and maintain the result. The second procedure one month after the first treatment, and the third after 2 months. Often 2 treatments are sufficient and a 3rd treatment may not be necessary.
