Your tasks will be:

• Páciensek kedves fogadása és segítségnyújtás a nálunk tartózkodás során – a páciens komfortjának biztosítása, kényelmes és bizalmi légkör kialakítása
• Telefonhívások, üzenetküldő platformok és CRM-rendszer kezelése
• Pénztár- és adminisztrációs dokumentumok vezetése
• Asszisztencia a klinika vezetőjének a napi feladatokban
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
• A klinika sztenderdjeinek pontos ismerete, azok alkalmazása és betartása

We would like you to have the following:

• Magabiztos magyar ÉS ukrán VAGY orosz VAGY angol nyelvtudás
• Budapesti lakhely
• Magabiztos számítógépes és social media ismeretek (Excel, Viber, Facebook, Instagram)
