HArmonyCA Facial Rejuvenation Treatment with Allergan's new hybrid filler

HArmonyCA is a skin rejuvenating medical aesthetic treatment that renews the skin of the face with a double effect. It immediately tightens and smooths the treated area and stimulates the skin tissues to produce more collagen.

With the HArmonyCA treatment, the contours of the face (chin arch, cheekbones) can be shaped. Thanks to its natural hyaluronic acid content, it immediately smoothes and tightens the treated area, and thanks to its calcium hydroxyapatite component, it has a long-term skin tightening effect, as it stimulates the skin to increase collagen production.

What problems can be solved with HArmonyCA treatment?

• fine lines and wrinkles on the lower and sides of the face
• slightly to moderately drooping chin arch
• slightly to moderately drooping lower half of the face

Contraindications:

• 3-6 months prior to the treatment, another intervention was performed in the area to be treated
• 1 month prior to the treatment, other interventions were performed on other areas of the face
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding
• Known allergy to ingredients
• Autoimmune disease
• Tendency to keloid scarring
• Hemophilia
• Acute skin disease on the face
• If you are taking anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, anticoagulants or aspirin, the treatment should be postponed

Course of treatment:

At the consultation, after assessing the condition of the area to be treated, we discuss whether this type of treatment is the most suitable for achieving the goals. We inform you about the amount of filler used to achieve optimal results, which is on average one ampoule (1.25 ml), but if the area to be treated is larger, it can be up to two ampoules (2× 1.25 ml). If needed, the HarmonyCA treatment can be supplemented with other aesthetic treatments, but these will only be determined for specific cases during the consultation.

The filler we use to perform the treatment already contains the anesthetic, so there is only minimal discomfort and it takes about an hour, including the consultation and aftercare.

It is important that you tell us about all known allergies and sensitivities during the consultation.

Possible immediate reactions that go away within a few days are: pain at the injection site, swelling, temporary hematoma (bleeding), temporary skin roughness or other skin abnormalities.

In addition to these, if you experience any unusually strong pain, redness of the area, or a feeling of warmth, please contact our clinic!

After the HArmonyCA treatment:

• painkillers can be taken in case of pain, for as long as necessary (up to 2-3 days)
• sauna, sunbeds, other cosmetology treatments should be avoided for two weeks
• sports and alcohol consumption should be avoided for 5 days
