We can only accept changes or cancellations by phone, two days in advance.
Change of date, cancellation within two days
If an appointment is changed or canceled within two days, we will only be able to provide a new appointment if 50% of the fee for the service is settled at the same time as the new appointment. In case of illness, we charge a standby fee of HUF 10,000.
In the case of treatment packages, one session will be deducted from the package.
Delay
We are able to accept a delay of up to 15 minutes, so that the time of the service is reduced by the time of the delay, if possible.
