RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS, RETURN OF GOODS
Right of cancellation within 14 days, return of goods
The Customer has the right to cancel without reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product. The Customer's right of withdrawal for the product, when buying and selling several products, if each product is delivered at a different time, is calculated from the last supplied product, while in the case of a product consisting of several lots or pieces, it is calculated from the date of receipt of the last supplied lot or piece. The customer can also exercise his right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. The Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal within the deadline set by law by means of a clear, written statement addressed to the Service Provider. In the event of cancellation by the Customer, this right shall be considered asserted within the time limit if the Customer's statement is
sent before the end of the available deadline. In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the Service Provider shall immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days of becoming aware of the cancellation - by bank transfer - refund the entire amount paid by the Customer as compensation, including the costs incurred in connection with the performance. If the Customer expressly chooses a mode of transport other than the least expensive usual mode of transport, the Service Provider is not obliged to reimburse the resulting additional costs.
In case of cancellation in accordance with the above, the Customer is obliged to return the product at his own expense immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification of cancellation, or hand it over to the Service Provider at the place of personal collection. The return is deemed completed within the deadline if the consumer sends the product before the deadline. The Service Provider may withhold the amount paid by the Customer until the Customer has returned the product or proves beyond doubt that he has returned it, the earlier of the two dates shall be taken into account. The Customer is obliged to pay the costs incurred during the return. The Service Provider is entitled to demand from the Customer compensation for depreciation resulting from use exceeding the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product. The Service Provider expressly states that, based on the legal provisions, the Customer may not exercise his right of withdrawal with respect to a product with closed packaging, which cannot be returned after being opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons. Taking into account the nature of the products offered by the Service Provider in the online store, the Customer expressly acknowledges that for reasons of health protection and hygiene, after opening the product(s) after delivery, he cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in relation to the cosmetic products, sunscreens and make-up products available at all times in the online store. The limitation or exclusion of the Customer's right of withdrawal according to the above does not affect the Customer's right to exercise his warranty rights in relation to the products purchased in the online store - if the legal prerequisites exist. The Customer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal by using the sample statement attached to these GTC, or by making a clear statement to that effect. If the Customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Service Provider shall, upon written request of the Customer, send the Customer the declaration sample for this purpose, by filling in which the Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal. The model notice of withdrawal provided on the basis of the legal provisions on the rules of contracts between the consumer and the company forms Annex No. 2 of these General Terms and Conditions.

The return is valid if it is done via the GLS courier service provider. The buyer is obliged to return the unwanted products in the original packaging, in the box with the original label. Possible return processes:

How long does it take for the price of returned products to be credited? Returned packages are processed within 7-15 working days after receipt. Damaged products
When you receive your order, please carefully inspect the package to make sure it was not damaged during transportation.
